Welcome to the 28 day chair yoga challenge

You have been invited to share in a journey of health and wellness. For 28 days we will come together here to share our successes and challenges. This is a place of support and encouragement.

I have found when the weather turns cold and there is snow on the ground, I lose my motivation to stay walking and being active outdoors. This is the time of year when I want to be in my kitchen cooking food to soothe the cold. As I talk to so many people, many of us struggle to stay active and continue to eat healthy, when it's so cold outside.

Chair yoga allows us to stay inside while working on our flexibility, strength, and conditioning. I thought if I had some friends to join in with me I would be more apt to complete the 28 days... So here we are.
